Problems and a Certain Experience of the Physical Education in Light of the Materials of IX-th Conference "Modern Physical Practice"
V.I. Danil'chuk, V.E. Korobov, A.M. Korotkov
Volgograd State Pedagogical University
Problems and a certain experience of the physical education in light of the materials of IX-th Conference "Modern Physical Practice" are discussed.

Multiplicative Laws of Conservation
N.G. Goncharova
M. Lomonosov Moscow State University
That fact is one of the obstacles to the clear account of the bases of physics of particles and nuclei in 3 policies of universities that the course of quantum mechanics does not precede course "physics of particles and of atomic nuclei", and it follows it. Many divisions of this course (as the course of atomic physics) require for their understanding of the introduction of concept "wave function of particle or system of particles" as the eigenfunctions of the operators of the physical quantities: , moreover f - the eigenvalue of operator, corresponding to the measured physical quantity.

Thermodynamic Equations of State for the Classical Ideal Gas and their Generalization via the "Effective" Parameters.
I. The Relativistic Generalization
Yu.G. Rudoy, I. Keita
117198, Moscow, People's Friendship University of Russia
The unified method for describing of the ideal classical gas in the course of general physics is considered. It is based on the use of the "effective" thermodynamic parameters depending upon the temperature. The caloric equation of state (usually known as equipartition law for the inner energy) is generalized by means of the effective uniformity index on the relativistic case in the same way as it is done in the well known textbooks by means of the effective degrees of freedom on the quantum case. The generalization of the Bernoulli method of the derivation of the barocaloric equation of state for general form of the particle's energy-momentum dispersion law is also given.

On the Special Course "Bases of Interaction of Physical Fields with Biological Objects"
L.V. Zhorina, G.N. Zmievskiy
N.E. Bauman Moscow State Technical University

The role of special integrating course "Bases of physics fields interaction with bioobjects" in improving of professional skills and systematization of bachelor's and qualified specialist's scientific knowledge in biomedical engineering is under discussion.

Disappearance of Empirical Component from the Teaching Textbooks in Physics
N.M. Kozhevnikov
St-Petersburg State Technical University
A lot of textbooks on general physics for universities lose the experimental background and concentrate on theoretical models of physical phenomena. Together with secondary school physics change for the worse it diminishes pupils and students knowledge and interest in the subject study. To correct the general physics education strategy universities should turn to secondary schools and unite efforts in physics laboratories and demonstration experiments support at the contemporary level.

Model of the Systematic System of the Differentiated Studying of Physics of the students of Technical Institutes of Higher Education
A.A. Tolsteneva
Volga State Engineering-Pedagogical University
603004, Nizhniy Novgorod, ul. Chelyuskintsev, 9
nauka@vgipu.nnov.ru
This article is dedicated to the problem of the development of the systematic system of the instruction of the students of technical Institutes of Higher Education in physics, taking into account the predominant styles of coding training information by the students.

Unusual Consequences of the Simple Intermolecular Energy Exchange Scheme

A.V. Burmistrov
Egorievsk Technological Institute (filial) MGTU "Stankin"
e-mail: av_burmistrov@rambler.ru
The model of gas mixture with oscillatory freedom degrees, which possesses
the paradoxical property, is considered. This property consist in the fact that the state
of statistical equilibrium o the model mixture is characterized by three temperatures.
A detailed analysis of this unusual result has been made.

Determination of the Complete Inelastic Scattering Cross Section of Electrons on the Atoms in the Frank-Hertz Experiments
M.B. Shapochkin
Moscow Power-Engineering Institute (TU)
111250, Moscow, Krasnokazarmennaya ul., 14
The purpose of the described training experiment is the estimate of the magnitude of the complete inelastic scattering cross section of electrons on the atoms of inert gases, using possibilities of the method of the restraining potential in the Frank-Hertz experiences.

On the Physical Principles of the Computer Operation
O.M. Alykova
Astrakhan' State University
In work are considered contents to activity on shaping beside system university student of the knowledge about physical principle of the computer functioning and structure of the laboratory practical work on base of the automation and computing machinery

The Partial Thermodynamic Equilibrium in Binary Gas - the Educational Computer Experiment
A.M. Tolstik, K.V. Biryukov
Tomsk State University, e-mail: tolstik@phys.tsu.ru
In this article we discuss the problem of formation of thermal equilibrium in binary gases. We describe our computer experiments on study of state of partial thermodynamic equilibrium.

Demonstration Experiment on Radiation and Distribution of Electromagnetic Waves
Yu. B. Altshuler
The Volga State Engineering-pedagogical University, Laboratory of Problems of Natural-science Education

-mail: yaltshuler@mail.ru
The role of demonstration experiments on radiation and distribution of electromagnetic waves in formation of methodological and applied knowledge of students is considered. Demonstration installation and a course of demonstration experiments with radiators of electromagnetic waves are described.

Physics Practice: a New Form of Organization of Students' Work with Real Laboratory Equipment
S.N. Potyomkina, S.V. Talalov
Togliatti State University, e-mail: svtalalov@tltsu.ru
We suggest a method of the employment of Physics Practice which was oriented essentially on self - depended student's work. The discussion be doing founded on experience of the educational process in Togliatti State University for students of engineering directions.

Automotised Teaching System for Supporting the Course of General Physics
A.F. An, A.V. Samokhin
Murom's Institute (filial of Vladimir State University)
An automotised teaching system for supporting the course of general physics has been created on the base of Web technologies. The use of the system allows to realize the principles of distant teaching and rating control of knowledge and to activate the creative potential of students.

On the Definition of Concepts in the Field of Magnetic Phenomena
V.A. Zakharov, V.S. Idiatulin
Izhevsk State Agriculture Academy
The system of concepts, terms and definitions of physical values in the field of electromagnetism, confirmed by the existing state standard is analyzed. We have found out incorrect definitions of numerous concepts in the field of magnetic phenomena given by the standard (the most important ones in this respect are the concepts of magnetization and intensity of magnetic field), which certainly gives rise to difficulties in the practical application of the appropriate terminology and notification of magnetic values. It is suggested that the concepts of microscopic (true) and macroscopic (averaged) values should be determined with introducing physically small elements (volumes, cross sections) to average them. It has been shown that the given concepts, names and symbols of values in the field of magnetic phenomena eliminate many problems and controversy while describing magnetic fields, whether it refers to the systems on the atomic and molecular levels in the substance or complex systems with magnetics using the appropriate physical scale of averaging of microscopic values.
